Anyone with a post surgery Dx of breast cancer and on chemo?

While celebrating my successful weight loss of 75% of my goal so far, i was dx with breast cancer and am now in chedmo therapy last 5 weeks....is there anyone out there who has had this happen to them also? Would love to coorespond with another WLS dealing with this.....so far it is going well for me and if I had not had the surgery I would not have felt the lump at any rate.......so WLS saved my life at this time....anyone else? Thanks in advance......

I don't have and don't know anyone with breast ca after WLS, but I do have a friend who developed a brain tumor. I'm not sure if it developed after surgery or if it was just FOUND after surgery. But at any rate, that kinda scared me. I had heard abut lowered immunity and higher risk of developing ca, etc. I hope that you do great thru all of your treatment and that you can get back on with your life asap!
