Calorie intake each day?

I am curious if you were told about how many calories you should be consuming each day? I average about 700-800 each day at 7 months out and I am wondering if that is too much or what? Any ideas? Thanks! Celeste 303/178/143goal

I average anywhere from 650 to 1000 calories. I think we are supposed to be between 1000 and 1200 by now. They say if we increase our intake that we have a better chance of losing. ((((HUGS)))) Dawn

That is too little if anything. 1000-1200 would be better. Carolyn

Celeste, You should be getting between 1000 and 1200 calories a day. If you stay in the 700-800 range your body won't come out of starvation mode and your weight loss will decrease a bunch. It sounds funny, but you have eat to lose weight. It's just a matter of eating the right things. When I'm short on calories for the day I'll add an apple and some peanut butter as a before bed snack. I also head for the yogurt or some fruit. Good luck! Virginia
