Yippeeeeeeeeeeee BMI of 30

I am now just overweight. No more morbid obese. Don't you just love that word. Not like we were proud of it and needed some one else to tell us MORBID. I hit the century mark. 100 pounds gone. If i never loose another ounce i will be happy. I have hit the 70% of the excess weight gone mark. that is the goal the doctor says to loose 70% of the excess weight. So everything from this point out is wonderful and a bonus. I am so happy. Debbie

Congratulations Debbie! When I was finally able to be just obese I was so thrilled! And I still have not yet reached the century mark, but I only have 45 pounds to goal and I am just now 7 months post op! I'll get there sooner or later. But you should be so proud of yourself.
