Does anyone eles have this prob?
thanks and god bless!
Hi;
yes, some days; I'm soooo hungry and others I don't eat at all. it's weird. I think it's just our bodies trying to catch up with all the changes. as for snacking; I really try hard to make them a healthy snack. Something with protein (nuts, jerky; peanut butter and crackers or a protein bar).
one thing I have found that really helps me, is to drink a protein drink mid afternoon or mid morning. It really fills me up. and I don't feel like eating again. I do notice that I'm really hungry after exercising so I'm trying to follow up my work out with a protein drink.
I have only lost 3 lbs the past month. but I seem to be losing a few inches here and there. Nothing like it used to be; but I"m down 122 lbs and if I stay here I'll be happy even though the doc says I should lose another 10 to 15 lbs.
hugs..

Hi Deborah
I find the same problem, the other night I went out to dinner and was like a bottomless pit and ate the whole dinner and last night I could hardly finish a whole peice of chicken and I didn't get enough protein in so I was eating a protein bar at 11:30 at night just to get enough in. I have days when I am not hungry at all and others when my body just wants to eat and eat. I try to have five or six small meals a day to get enough protein in. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Sometimes there isn't enough time in the day to eat enough. I make sure I get enough liquids in though. I have been told that on the days you exercise your body will crave carbs more then other days. I haven't lost much in the past two months but find I am losing inches also. The doctors have told me that your body is continuing to change as you lose weight, so even if you don't see it coming off on the scales you can feel it in your clothes. Keep up the good work and continue to make good food choices and I am sure you will do fine.
