I agree 100 %. Let's eat! I eat just about whatever I want, I just can't eat much. I've lost 139 lbs in 7 months and I weigh less than I have in 26 years. I ain't in no hurry. The weight will come off. I've found that even when I eat the "wrong stuff" from time to time, it does not hurt. I don't want to be in bondage to guilt. I am free from obesity and from dieting. I want to be as normal as possible. Now with that said, I know better than to develop bad habits such as snacking or grazing and I restrict the amount of carbs I eat. Cecil 338/199

To each it's own....When I do liquids I consume protein shakes and smoothies so I am getting in my proteins and not putting my body into starvation mode. I have lost over a 100lbs in seven months i do not know the exact amount because I am not dependent on the scale. I exercise daily and there is nothing that is preventing me from losing. This is what I choose to do!!!! Thank you for reading my thoughts. ENJOY YOUR DAY.

For anyone who is thinking the all liquid will speed up your weight loss... I've lost 125 lbs and I eat food AND drink protein shakes. So it can be done without the all liquid days.

I only do an all liquid day if my...potty habits get backed up. (If you understand my meaning). I've found that an all liquid day for the sake of losing weight really doesn't do anything...that just by drinking more during a day period the weight seems to come off a little easier (I think by increasing trips to the potty, flushing out all the bad stuff). However...to each his own. If it works for some people, more power to them. Its not for me. Frankly, I like food. I always have. I enjoy eating. Its taken me a long time (finally in the last month) to enjoy food again. Sure, I can't eat like I used to (amount and food type both), but I am learning how to cook healthly all over again. I'm down 105 lbs at 7 months post-op which is just mind blowing to me. I thought at -40 lbs I was done for. Yet, here I am. I've had 3 month long plateaus along the way...so basically, I've lost 105 lbs in only 4 months (of actually losing months). HECK YEAH! So...I'm going to drink my huge bottle of crystal light...then go eat something. Don't know what yet...but tomatos will be involved!
