Well I just checked my BMI and i't 29.9!!!!!!!!!!

This means I am no longer Obease and simply overweight

. I never thought I would be happy to be overweight. Oh well. Melissa

Congrats to both of you! I am still trying to get down to the "obese" category but I started out heavier. I know I will get there in time. 3 more pounds to go to get out of the "severely obese" and into the merely "obese" category! Hurrah! Carolyn DS 11/03/03 317/205
