OK! I am 1 day behind you (11/11/03), down 102 and 17 from goal (5'7" currently 192). I'd personally up the water intake to 80 oz (or more) And just give this a shot (some people, especially when working out) need more carbs. Aim for 80-100 carbs a day. Give your body 2 weeks to adjust to the intake of carbs. You should see a loss then. It works for me!

I agree. UP the H2O a lot!!!! Now that it's getting hotter you need to drink even more. Try for at least 72 or better. I also agree with the carb thing. On the days you work out you will need more carbs. On the day's you don't work out you will need less. You just need to shake up your body. Good Luck, Robin W. 218/138/115

Well, let's talk about what you're doing and maybe we can trouble shoot. Tell me what you eat in a day, how much water you get in, do you exercise? Are you drinking with meals? Are you waiting 30-90 minutes after you eat to drink? THere are so many things that could be causing this, or you could just be a slow loser, which is supposed to be a good thing...of course not to you and not now, but in the long run I've heard that those who lose slowest maintain their wt loss. That alone makes it worth it! Hang in there! Hopefully we can find that it's something simple and things will get back on track. Let me know.... Take care, Kristen
