How is everyone doing???

I'm getting close to GOAL. I have less than 25lb to go before I hit a normal BMI. Weight 218/138.5/115 BMI 45.6/28.8/24 Total Lost 79.5 To Lose 23.5

Hi I am down 70 pounds and seem to be stuck there but I am losing inches. I started working out at a Ladies Work out center, kind of like Curves. Hopefully the weight loss will kick back in soon, I am about half way to where I want to be. How about you Cara? Darlene RYN 11/10/04 309/239/???

I am working out at curves 3-4 times a week. Down 108 lbs. and another 100 lbs. to go.

doing well. started at 306; now 184; down 122 lbs. have 10 more to go before I reach my doc's goal for me. and yes, I would do it all over again. mark g.

DOING GREAT! Down 102 lbs and 17 from goal. Anything after that is just icing on the sugar free cake!

Doc says good, I am discouraged. Down 124lbs from 314 at 6 month check up. Have 55 lbs to my normal bmi.

I also had surgery on Nov. 24th, I started out at 244 and I am now down to 160. My doctor's goal for me is 112, I am only 5'2. the scale has been moving soooooooo slowly the last 3 weeks, but my clothing sizes keep going down!

Hi, I am down 75lbs.I seem to be stuck at the 150 mark (started @ 225)I'm 5'2".My doc says I'm doing great and her goal for me is 140 (I was aiming for 135) That puts me 10-15 lbs away from goal! Happy Losing!
