Nectar protein from www.wlssuccess.com mixed with water several flavors that all taste wonderful 30 grams of protein a serving. Very good and very easy to get down. A great way to get that protein in, I know I was having trouble with that. They also have a new sugar substitute tastes, looks just like sugar (no aftertaste) its wonderful too!!!!!
