Updating
Hi everyone,
I'm sorry I haven't been on here lately, but I've been busy with my job and with parents who are in a nursing home.
I'm down 95lbs at 6 1/2 mo. out. I just had my six mo. checkup with Dr. Weiland. All my blood tests were right where they are supposed to be. That made me extremely happy, cause I was afraid of B12 shots, and I hear they are not fun to get.
The many, many changes I'm discovering because of my weight loss are numerous. It just amazes me what is happening. It's a new start in life.
I thank God I found Dr. Weiland and staff. I know he doesn't like hearing how wonderful he is, but when I saw him at my check up I told him he was an angel and he said no I was the one who had to do the work, but without him I wouldn't be able to do the work.
Now after 6 mo. I have to start the hard work to my goal. The first 6 mo. of weight loss is because of the surgery and the next months til my goal is my job. EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE. Now that I can, I will.
I'll try to be more efficient in updating and chatting. God Bless all of YOU!

Hi All:I am new to this board. I am 7 months out and have lost 107 pounds, my loss has slowed down to a crawl, but I expected that. I started out at 264 pounds. I to can eat alot on some days and hardly anything on others. I do drink some during meals. My labs came back perfect! I found out that I can eat sugar, which is a bad thing! I do have control! My next goal is to start exercising more, this is something I have not done on a regular basis and should. I need to get motivated!Wishing you all the best! Joanna
