Today was a great day for me. I have officially joined the Century Club. I started at 268 and now I am 168. I want to lose 20 more pounds. I wear a size 12 (was a 26) and I exercise 5 days a week on the treadmill for 40 minutes and I go to Curves three times a week. I eat anything I want, but I eat too many carbs.
My husband is being me a necklace I wanted today to celebrate my 100 lb loss. I'll have to think of something else when I lose my last 20 lbs.

3.Are you exercising (be honest )? If so what is working for you?
You wanted honest NO I'm not. I know I should be but I just haven't pushed myself to do it. I know if I would the weight loss would be better.
4.What are you eating?
I try to eat a high protein low carb diet. A sample day is:
Breakfast 2 scoops Desinger Way mixed with 5 ice cubes and 8oz water 35g protien
Lunch one of any of these, yogurt, cottage cheese, ham, turkey, chicken, shrimp, string cheese.
Snack yogurt or string cheese
Dinner whatever I fix for the family only small portions.
about 72 oz or more of water/crystal light.
5.Do you have anything special planned for when you reach goal?
I would really like to have a TT and breast lift. I'm starting to research now.

well, I started at 306; am now 186; I need to lose about 15 more lbs to have a "normal" BMI. I would like to weigh about 175.
2.How many sizes have you dropped? my waist size was a 48; now I fit in a 34 ( a little tight) a 36 is just a bit baggy.
3.Are you exercising (be honest )? If so what is working for you? I try to get to the gym 3 times a week. But often work interferes and keeps me away. When I do go I spend about 30 minutes on either the bike; treadmill, or walker; then about 15 to 20 minutes of free weights or weight machines depending on which one is free. no sit ups. I like the bike or walker better than the treadmill.
4.What are you eating? most anything. I do struggle with Rice; pasta; and whole milk and corn. I find I can drink rice dream; or nonfat milk. my big downfall right now is no bake chocolate cookies; made with splenda; oatmeal; and peanut butter. mmmmm
breakfast is usually cottage cheese fruit and some yogart
mid morning a protein drink
lunch about 2 ounces of chicken breast and a slice of cheese
mid afternoon handfull of nuts or peanut butter and crackers
dinner; about 3 ounces of what ever the family is having
I know snacking is BAD.. but I get hungry.
5.Do you have anything special planned for when you reach goal?
new clothes shopping. I have been buying a few here and there; but not a lot. When I make goal I will load up.
#1 I am 21 pounds from goal
#2 I have gone from a size 24 to a size 8.
#3 I am on my feet walking at work for no less than eight hours a day, five days a week and I also ride my exercise bike for twenty minutes at least three times a week.
#4 Lots of protein.
#5 Lots of sex..Ooops, I am already doing that. Hehehehe!!!!

3.Are you exercising (be honest )? If so what is working for you? I'm trying. Swimming and walking mostly. Doesn't seem to have an effect either way.
4.What are you eating?
I hate chicken. I eat cheeses, red meats (except ground beef), turkey, ham, rice (lots of rice), sauces without the pastas, some breads, lots of garlic bread (my down fall)

Yeah, GO SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!! I'm in a size 12 now, should be a 10 or so by then. And those jeans...you know...the ones that lift your rear and just make you look HOT.

WELL I WASN'T GIVEN A GOAL WEIGHT BY MY DOC BUT I'M TRYING FOR 125-130. IF I GET SMALLER THAT'S FINE BUT I AT LEAST WANT 130.
RIGHT NOW I'M AT 156 FROM 241. SO I HAVE ABOUT 30 MORE POUNDS TO GO.

ON THE DAY OF THE SURGERY I WAS WEARING SIZE 22 PANTS AND SIZE 2X-3X TOPS. LAST WEEK I BOUGHT A PAIR OF PANTS SIZE 10-11 AND SIZE LARGE TOP.
3.Are you exercising (be honest )? If so what is working for you?
I MOSTLY JUST WALK. I TRY TO DO 3-4 MILES ABOUT 3-4 TIMES A WEEK. OR I JUST USE MY ELLIPTICAL AT HOME FOR ABOUT 20-40 MINUTES. ITS ALWAYS ONE OR THE OTHER NEVER BOTH. MY ROUTINE IS WORKING FOR ME.
4.What are you eating?
I CAN EAT PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING EXCEPT BEEF. BEEF KILLS ME.
I EAT WHAT I WANT JUST VERY SMALL PORTIONS.
5.Do you have anything special planned for when you reach goal?
WELL I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT BUT NOW THAT YOU MENTION IT I WILL THINK OF SOMETHING THAT I CAN PLAN.
1.How close are you to goal? abot 56 lbs to go I think. Have never been thin so I don't know what i will be happy with.
2.How many sizes have you dropped? Not sure I have to go shopping. tops are an XL or L. Bottoms have been wearing really baggy pants but probably an 16 ot 18. Thank god my feet haven't shrunk maybe a 1/4 to 1/2 size tops because i am a shoe freek and would be at a loss without all my shoes.
3.Are you exercising (be honest )? If so what is working for you? yes I walk 20 minutes (NYC pace) to and from the office. I have recently become addicted to Gillad @ fittv. So I do that about 3-4 times a week on the other days I ride my bike about 20-30 minutes.
4.What are you eating? High protein low carb. I still cannot eat breads but I don't think that's a bad thing.
5.Do you have anything special planned for when you reach goal?
Shopping!! I am also going to Paris for my 35 B'day and that is right around my 1 year anniversary so I am hoping to be able to shop there.
