Goals for June

It's a brand new month!!! Time to set some goals... I am going to increase the intensity of my workouts and I going to incorporate at least one all liquid day a week. What are you goals for June???

Oh.. I forgot.. My goal.. Aqua Aerobics at least twice a week .. it is offerred 4 times.. I miss the physical activity I had in my other job.. now I am a desk girl.. sheesh.. when I weighed over 300 # I didn't have time to sit.. now I park it all day.. and I am going nuts.
