6 months out...and ate a whole....
(Well, almost) a whole low carb charbroiled chicken sandwich....it has no bread....just a chicken breat a piece of bacon...dressing...wrapped in lettuce....I was shocked that I almost finished it.....I only had one sip of water half way through....(uncontiouslly) ... Could you eat that much 6 months out?
I posted a few days ago that I felt I was eating too much.. and here is a copy of what was sent to me.. (I saved to to read it oer and over again)
"Cynthia, Each person is different, but most people change their weight loss after the first 100 pounds. It does slows down. It also changes at 6 months out. Your first 6 months is when you will lose the most weight, after that the weight lose will slow down. Now you need to be more aware of what you eat and add more exercise. You will continue to lose but slower. 8 Pounds a month is still very good. You have not slowed down too much. As for the sleeping, are you under any stress? That can steal sleep - Are you going through a depression? Many post surgery patients do go through depressions. Depression can cause loss of sleep also. Good luck.
