finally down 70lbs--kinda

wow its really is odd to look at that number and see that i have lost 70lbs according to the store scale(its about 3 lbs off from the dox--but shhh i wont tell) its take over 6 mos for me to shed this weight and well, along with the good new comes some bad i think that i might have an ulcer or something worng with my 'pouchie' the dox said to take zantac, that helps with the burning but not with the pain. I cant do anything about the pain till monday when i can call the center, but my appointment isnt until the 3rd. I am hoping they can get me something for the pain that is sometimes from a 2-4 on the 1-10 scale. i hope this gets better cause even with the 70lbs loss, i am starting to have regrets because of my current predicament.

Hang in there, just get into the doc. You've done great don't ever regret that 70 lb loss, Its gone forever!! doesn't that feel great!!!
