Plateau finally broke!! YEA!!!! & update on emergency surgery!!

Hi, i had the twisted bowel and internal hernia last week. but other than soreness from the surgery i am feeling great!! i can almost sleep on my side again. anyway, before this i had been on a plateau for around 2 weeks and as of this morning i have lost 3 more lbs. to go down to 150.5!! 112.0 lbs. lost forever!! and in 1 more lb. my BMI will be that of a normal person. i don't think i have been that way since i was a toddler!!! hahahaha!! hell of a way to break a plateau with the emergency surgery but i am so happy!!! thanks so much for listening, it is great to be able to share my experiences with people who know what you are going through!!
