lap band

I am trying to get info on lap band has anyone had this procedure done. what is the outcome, how long has it been since you have had it done and how much have you lost?

I have the lap band. I had mine put in in November. I have lost 53 lbs. and am feeling great. My surgeon has a great website, with an animated clip of the prodedure. www.svsurgical.com Click on the "About Lap Band" Menu and select Surgery. Let me know if you have any other questions. Allison in Utah
