FRIDAY EXERCISE SHOUTOUT
a great train. I spent 30 minutes on the cardio bike on Monday; Wednesday and Friday; and about 15 minutes doing weights each of those days. I end my workout with a protein drink and some yoguart. Lunch has been chicken breast; about 4 ounces; and dinner has been some beef; (stew, hamburger, what ever my wife fixes.) again about 3 to 4 ounces.
like any ole diet the last 10 lbs are the tough ones.
