NOT A HAPPY CAMPER !!!
You're doing great. I get upset also. I have lost 62 lbs and 59.5 inches haven't measured lately tho. I have been loosing only like 3 to 5 lbs a month for the last two or three months it is slow but I am happy to see the loss I have made so far. I walk 5 days a week and water arobics 2 times a week. Get 110 grams of protien or more in a day and it is still slow. I wish that it would go faster but my body likes being where it is I guess. You have lost more than me. Congratulations.

You said you "think" you are getting enough protein. I was on a 5 week plateau, so I went to www.fitday.com and tracked my food intake for 3 days. I was surprised to see that I was falling quite short on my protein intake. I also re-committed to drinking at least 80 oz of water a day. It totally booted me off my plateau. Hope it helps. Don't keep up, there is always an end to plateaus, unless we give up.
