I have exactly 8 weeks before I go to New Orleans and exactly 10 weeks before I go on my cruise. I've did really well with my tool but I no that I can do alot better. I really want to tone my body alot more. So I am really going to pu**** to the max over the next few weeks. And I would love for my November Surgery Date Family to jump on board the protein train with me and kick it up a notch too. I vowed to increase my protein and increase the intensity of my workouts. I've been walking and lifting weights but I starting next week I am really going to increase the amount of weight and sets and increase the distance of my walks. I will also try to walk twice a day. I know that with hard work and determinations all things are possible so I am up for the challenge and I challenge each and everyone of you to join in. Summer is fastly approaching us all so this could be beneficial to everyone. Anyone up for the Challenge??? Diamond

Sorry for the late arrival but i'm with you. Just recieved a wedding invite for July 4th weekend. Would love to have lost the 30 lbs to be below 200 for the event. Something to definitely celebrate since I can't remember the last time I didn't see my weight begin with a 2 or 3. (maybe Jr. High school) Started riding my bike yesterday did 20 minutes tomorrow will try for 30. I think i am going to rotate between the treadmill 30 min and then the thigh trainer video. I also walk 25 minutes in NYC every AM to work. But as my nutritionist says my body is used to that now and I need some additional work out. By the way how many grams of protein do you get in?

Liz you can do it!!!! Your nutritionist is right somethings our body get use to the same routine...you have to step it up a notch. Which seems like what you are doing with riding your bike. I am required to get 60 grams a day but some days I don't quite make it that is why I am doing the Protein Train to get it up to par. How many grams of protein do you get in?
