HOW MUCH ARE YOU ALL EATING???
HELLO! JUST CHECKING TO SEE HOW MUCH IS OKAY. I DO NOT GO BACK TO THE SURGEON UNTIL JUNE AND I DO NOT GET MUCH ADVICE. I KNOW THIS IS NOT LEGIT BUT I AM TOLD NO MORE THAN 2 OUNCES 6 TIMES A DAY. WELL I CAN EAT 3 0R 4 2 OR 3 TIMES A DAY PLUS AT LEAST TWO LITTLE SNACKS. IS THIS BAD? I DO NOT WANT TO STRETCH TO EARLY AS I AM A YOUNG AND HAVE A LIFETIME OF THIS.

i eat 3 times a day and i eat about 3 to 4 oz depending on what i am eating .
i have 1 small protein snack in the afternoon. this is all i can do, my pouch is not able to handle anymore than this. i get really sick if i do any more than that. don't pu**** eat only what you can handle comfortably.

We are pretty much the same. I eat 2 meals most days and eat primarily protein. I try and stay away from anything fried. I also stay away from most starches as they tend to irrritate my pouch.
If I want sweet (which is rare these days) I have a sf drink of some sort. Sometimes I have the Dole diced pears but most of the time the kids eat them before I get to.
I do not measure either and do not count calories or carbs. I used to track everything on fitday but it made me obsess about food too much. I enjoy food, but I look at it as fuel instead of entertainment now.

I eat two 3-4oz meals a day and drink one protein shake for breakfast. After dinner, I may have cottage cheese w/fruit or another low carb snack, if I can fit it in... since I'm usually trying to get in my liquids as well. What you're eating is not bad, sounds pretty reasonable to me.
