to all of you NOV WLS friends. I have a question. How many of you are already thinking Plastic Surgery. I know, i know it has only been 5 months almost 6 months now for some of you. But I know there has to be some of you out there whose close to goal already and contiplating a Tummy Tuck, Boob Lift, or Augmentation of some sort? Im 25 lbs away from goal and it's almost summer and i would love to be able to ware a belly shirt ..hehehehe. But i know we've gotta be atleast 1 year to 18 months out with a steady weight. But does anyne know of anyone whose met goal early maintained their weight and was able to get Plastic Surgery before their year. Im almost sure that after having a TT that I would be at goal just by having it. I'd like to hear from you any suggestions, ,knowledge of etc. pertaining to this topic. De' 229

Hi De' Congradulations on your successful weight loss. I know what you mean about the PS. Last time I saw my doctor he mentioned that I would be ready for a tummy tuck in a couple of months. I've so far lost 67 lbs as of 2 weeks ago...I have not weight myself lately . I have another 40 to goal He said he could give me a tummy tuck for my birthday which is in August As far as the boobs...I have NONE....I've always been small on the top but now they are gone and I'm really affraid of the breast enhancement surgery. I would love fuller breasts but I really don't know if I want to do that...my arms and theighs are not looking too good either...would like to do something about them one day....but my tummy is a priority. Keep up the good work and best of luck for us both as we get closer to our goals.

Ithink about it everyday! Myboobs have gone south and my tummy is hanging low! My surgeon will not even think about okaying it until 1 year and then with hmo's it will take about 6 months after that for approval and scheduling. So it winds up being 18months.

I think about PS all the time. My breasts look like they should be in the pages of National Geographic!!!! LOL!!!!! I have lost a total of 113 lbs and would like to lose another 50. I think this will put me in a size 8. I am currently in a lose 14. I look in the mirror and imagine what a flat stomach and perky breasts would look like. I have already begun to research financing options even though I know I am atleast 6 months away from even making a consoltation apointment. The one thing I cant decide is if I want an augmentation or just a lift. I have always been very busty and I am begining to miss my girls. I'm still a DD but know that will be reduced with a lift. Oh well. I guess I have time to think about it. Melissa (314/201/150)

I will admit it! I have been thinking about a tummy tuck a lot lately! I actually made an appointment to have the consultation. I just want to have an idea about the procedure & the price & financing. I know it is too early, but I am only 15 pounds from goal! I will talk to my surgeon before I schedule anything, as I don't want to have it done too soon! I am considering a breast lift also, but the stomach is priority right now! I have always had it, since I have given birth. I know it will not tighten up, so I want to get rid of it! Plus a girl here at work just had a stomach surgery that went all the way around her midrift-to-back. She looks great & is now a size 4! I am a size 8 to a loose 10 right now.
