Egg White Protein

Hi all, I have found a source of egg white protein at what I believe to be is a very good price. Including shipping, I paid $33.70 for 5 pounds of plain egg white protein. what does it taste like and how do you use it sounds like a good deal. stacy

Stacy, I use it to make protein shakes. I mix it with a chocolate flavored egg white protein that is sweetened with Stevia root. About 8 - 10 ounces of milk, 5 ice cubes and a scoop of this powder is about 40 grams of protein. You can also mix it with a fruit of your choice and make a smoothie. You can substitute it for about one third of the flour in most recipes but you have to experiment. It is an excellent source of protein though. John
