Plateau's suck
Had my surgery on 11/21/03. Started at 340 and am now down to between 262 and 265. Haen't lost anything to speak of in about a month. This is somewhat depressing. I guess it is time to try and change the routine. I'll open the door and ask for suggestions. Life is pretty busy around my house with 4 teenagers and a mother in law with Alzheimers.
My goal is 200 so I have about 65 to go.
Thanks,
John
Congratulations!!!! Been there just am getting off of one and am happy the last month was rotten nothing and this morning it must have broke. It did was down 2 pounds I did up my protien in the am to 82.5 grams for three days and that helped Good luck it will come off. I think that my body like one weight and then it says ok it can change and then it sits there and so on.... Happy Easter!!!!
stacy 250/191/?
Good to hear that everyone else is stuck also. I wonder if the body is just saying slow down NOW. We cannot keep loosing at the pace we were.
I also lost slow last month. 4 pounds is all. We are spoiled by loosing real fast and everyone says it slows down so i guess we have hit that point.
Good luck
Debbie
Thanks for your support. Overall I have been doing well and following orders but I have reached a point where food is definitely not any fun. I've gotten bored with food and not much of anything tastes good. I'm sure it is more of a head thing than a belly thing. I have a another followup appt next week with my doc. I'm going to whine at him also.
I know this plateau will break but I want it now.

340/262/something'ish
I am also stuck and have been for about 3 weeks. I dont like it, but I had fallen into some bad habits again, and I hate that even more. I am really working on getting rid of those habits again most of them have to do with what I eat. Chips have always been my weakness and I have snuck more than a few in lately. I got rid of them by throwing them away and vow not to by another bag. I live alone so it is alot easier for me, not to have to buy the stuff for the rest of the family. I never post on this board but want to say to all of my rebirthday buddies, keep on keeping on.
