Stacy I am in the same boat!! I have lost 51 lbs so far. Thank goodness for this website so we can see we aren't the only ones! : ) It's hard to be patient but keep reminding myself of how lucky I am to have lost what I have so far & it has only been 4 mos. Have finally moved a couple of pounds today after 3 wks of NOTHING!! It sure is exciting to be under the 200 mark! Good luck & take care! Lisa 249/198/??

I can honestly say the weightloss has slowed tremendously! One week I wont loose anything then the next a couple of pounds, stay there for a bit, then loose a couple more. Its frustrating to say the least but when I feel down about it I think about where I was this time last year. I guess a slow loss is better than no loss (thats what I keep tellin myself..). Congrats on your weightloss. Jennifer 262/194/?

Stacy, right after my 4 month anniversary I got stuck at -69 lbs for almost three weeks. Then this last week I lost -7 lbs. Hang in there it will come off.

Hi Stacy -- I'm over four months out and have lost only 51 pounds. I have at least 60 something to go. I have gotten stuck for several weeks 3 or times without losing a pound. I just can't figure out why I'm losing so slowly but I have to say I'm feeling better and exercising more than I have in years. People say I look great so I guess the weight is going to have to take care of itself. Hope you start losing again soon. Best, Kathy

Hi Stacy My weight goes in spurts, but I do look forward to the times when I am not losing weight because that's when I start losing inches. Jus****ch you carbs and your fat intake and everything should be ok as long as you get enought protein and water. I only get in 60 to 70 grams of protein because I cannot eat too much. You are doing wonderful with your weight loss. My BMI is also 30.3. ((((HUGS)))) Dawn

Hello Stacy, I know exactly how you feel, I had a bad weight loss month last month only losing about 5 lbs. making it only 51 lbs. since my surgery on 11/10/03. I seem to get stuck for a few weeks at a time then drop several pounds and the cycle starts all over again. My body seems to be repeating this cycle since the surgery so I have to accept it I guess, as long as I am losing and not gaining that's all I care about. I asked for advice and people told me to shake things up a bit, try changing what I eat everyday and not to eat the sames things every day. Like change my routine and my exercise and my carb and calorie and fat intake. I did this and have lost about 6 lbs. in the last couple of weeks making this month a better losing month for me . Hope this helps but hang in there your doing great as long as you continue to lose every month. Darlene RYN 309/252/???

I was stuck at -99 lbs for about a week. It seemed like forever. Then all of a sudden I lost 6 lbs in a week. I look back and even though I was stuck for a while, I had lost over 10 lbs in a month. That's a pound every 3 days, and that ain't bad. Hang in there, it'll come off. Cecil
