hunger or at least snacking
lately, like the past week or so Ive found myself to be hungry or at least having the nibbles alot! like ever 2 hrs or so I feel like Im ready to eat again. could it be that Im not getting something in my diet so my body is craving it? I try really hard to ignore the constant hungries and if I dont at least eat something small and healthy but I must admit its bugging me some.

I know exactly how you feel. I feel like I snack all day, but I still put everything I put in my mouth on fitday.com and I never seem to get in more than 600 calories.
I really need to eat less carbs because they don't keep me full to long. Some days I get in 20 or 30 carbs and somdays I get in 50 carbs. I personally would prefer that I only get in a small amount of carbs, but I always make sure that I at least get in 50 grams of protein.
BTW, I am impressed with your wonderful weight loss

Everyone thanks for you messages and advice. Im slowly starting to get a handle on it all again and figure its just one of those phases you go thru. I recently spent most of the weekend on my feet and Im so tickled that Im not suffering for it woohooo. My 4 month anniv. was friday the 26th and Im just so happy.
