i try and get here two or three times a week. it's a great help to see what others with the same new birthdate as me are going through; and how we are coping with the new life. it's a great pick me up when I feel down. mark g. 11/3/03 -102 lbs

This is my first time posting. I'm down 73 pounds but am at a plateau. Guess it's time for a protein check and some more exercise. Sure wish there were more men sounding off though. Good luck everyone. And my surgery was 11/21/03. John

John, Just starting reading old posts and saw your note. When I get to a plateau I start an Atkins diet with low carbs. Works every time. I try to stay on it just adding more carbs but when the weight won't move I go to the Induction I phase. Look up Atkins.com for info. It's all there. Dianne
