I'll start: Since November 19, I have dropped 70+ lbs. I think my secret is WATER WATER and more WATER and then work out at least 4 times a week. I do Curves M-W-Th and then a 1 hour power class of Jazzercise. And okay- chasing 25 5th graders all day and then 2 of my own at home doesn't hurt either! As far as food- I am on a major cotage cheese kick right now. How about your secrets- keep it going! Celeste LAP 11/19/03 303/270/150

water; water; water; and no snacking. well, if I do snack it is something high in protein; such as nuts. I work out at least 3 days if not 5 days a week. 30 minutes on the treadmill or exercise bike; and then some weight lifting. food; chili is good; and split pea soup. otherwise some roasted chicken or turkey. mark g.

I agree! I drink a lot of water. I am eating very high protein, low fat, low carb these days and feeling good. Lap RNY 11/11/03 294/225/????? -69 lbs and counting

Drink your water every day. I have lost 95 lbs since Nov 12th. I eat 2 meals a day. NO SNACKS. I eat protein first, then veggies or fruit (no starchy veggies). No protein shakes, I eat real food like meats and cheeses. No sugar, No milk, No bread, No soups or liquids with meals. Did I mention drinking water and NO SNACKS? I exercise 30 min - an hour, 5 - 6 days a week either on weights or swimming. I never ever get hungry, but I do have cravings sometimes. Sometimes I substitute decaf tea with Splenda and some lime for part of my water.
