11wks. out, dropped 5 sizes!

I began my weightloss journey on 11-19-03 and today 2-14-04, I have lost over 70 lbs. and 57 YES 57 inches. I was a size 28 and now I am in a loose size 18 pants. This is completely and utterly unbelievable! I can't even tell you the last time I wore this size. I am sure many of you are going through this wonderful transformation now, too. I just can't describe in words what I am feeling. Today is Valentine's Day and I can finally say- I'm starting to love myself! So cool! Celeste LAP 11/19/03 303/230/150

I too am happy for you!! At the same time... the green-eyed monster has arisen and is wanting to know HOW THE HECK YOU'RE DOING THIS!?!? I had LAP on 11/24/03 and have dropped almost 50lbs/51" and only ONE size. I realize everyone is different, but sometimes the cruelty of just how different we are is overwhelming.. LOL Oh!! I can totally relate to this. I had my surgery on 11/17/03, and have lost 45 pounds and have went from a 22W to a Regular 16 being a bit to big, almost need to go to 14's. It feels wonderful, only thing I complain about is having to buy new clothes. Winter clearances have been a savior though.
