super b complex chewable

My doctor wants me to take super b complex. I bought tablets at GNC but can't handle their size. Does anyone know where I can buy a chewable? I use a chewable multivitamin from GNC and a chewable calcium citrate from abaratricadvantage.com and am happy with both of them. 7 weeks - down 48 pounds.

Hi Gary. I cannot answer your question. My surgeon said that B12 was absorbed in the bottom of the stomach. Since the tool blocks off that part of the stomach, he told me to use sublingual (spelling?), pills that are absorbed under the tongue. He also told me that I would need a B12 shot for the rest of my life. He said that I could take the (above mentioned) form every month, and take a shot a few times a year. OR- give myself the B12 injections every month. From what I read on AMOS, you get a wonderful rush of energy and wellbeing after the B12 treatments. Ask your doctor.
