Everyone is doing GREAT!!!

Hello, my name is brittany. I had my surgery Nov 24, of 03. I am down 35lbs. I have a question..... Is the 60oz of liquids, contain like water, applejuice, crystal light? Or do they mean get in 60oz of water? I was very confused about that. It seemed like when I was getting alot of apple juice in, I was losing more weight. Then I stoped drinking that and went to nothing bu****er. My weight slowed down TREMENDOUSLY!!!! Could someone please help me out?

Any liquids are considered. I had my surgery Nov. 20th & I've stopped losing. Can you say DEPRESSED!
