How many ounces are you eating so far???

Hi, I was just wondering we all had the surgery around the same time and i was wondering, how many ounces are you up to so far?? (total meal not just your protien) thanks stacy

I'm 7 weeks out and I'm to eat no more than 4 oz in VOLUME. Now when I have soup or chili that means the solid parts. I have 2 small meals, 1 snack and 1 protein shake a day. Good Luck, Robin W

Hi, when you say the solid parts in soup or chili is 4 oz what do you mean? i am sorry to bug you but that confused me. you don't measure the liquid or you don't eat the liquid?? thanks so much for being patient. by the way i eat about 4 oz too. just wanted to be sure i was on track but i love chili and that one was throwing me a bit. thanks again stacy
