I can definately see a difference. Your legs, your face, your arms, and your neck area are all shrinking. Overall your body looks smaller it's just more noticable in the areas I mentioned first. Keep up the good work and much success to you. I started at just about the same weight... 333lbs. for me. I am now 5 weeks post-op and I am not quite sure how much I have lost because my scale weighs up to 330lbs, but only accurate to 300lbs. So, I have to wait until I go back to the doctor on Jan 7. God bless. Melissa Hargrove

YEAH I SEE IT!! You do look different! The belly is smaller, your face is shrinking, your arms aren't as big.... I understand how you feel thoguh, it is hard to see in yourself! I feel like I have lost about 10 lbs, when actually it is 50. So freinds on the phone ask me if I look different, and I tell them not really. Then when they see me they are going "WHAAATT!! ARE YOU CRAZY?! Look at you! You look great!" I read a profile or a post where a waaaay post op person says she still can't see hereself thin even though she had lost well over 100 lbs. and was actually thin! I hope one day I can SEE it, and enjoy it! I know the clothing sizes are changin' so that's great! Take care, Kristen

I defintely see the difference too! We see ourselves in the mirror everyay and are always to close to it to see the difference in ourselves that we can see in others. You're looking great! Keep up the good work. I would also like to hear the secret about the protein drinks. Since I am just getting ready to have surgery any help you have to share would be greatly appreciated. I watch the boards for recipes and I have started a file of good things to eat and helpful tips. Thanks CJ
