Breakfast- 4 oz protein drink (appx. 20+grams protein) Mid-Morning Tuna (about 2oz) 2 crackers 3 slices Jalapeno pepper or 1 oz low fat cheese Lunch 4oz Protein Drink Mid-Afternoon Tuna or some high protein meat (like roast beef or chicken) 2oz 1 oz low fat cheese Dinner Chinese Stir fry veggies with chicken (2-3oz) or High protein meat (chicken or beef) or Tuna or Soup Mid-Evening 4oz protein drink and maybe a cracker with cheese or tuna or peanut butter It equals about 600-700 calories a day. Good snacks include turkey pepperoni, beef stick, cottage cheese, steamed veggies, low fat cheese, peanut butter. Hope that helps.

Breakfast: Scrambled egg w/ cheese Lunch: Chicken Salad Dinner: Baked salmon Snack: Peperoni chips I am almost 5 weeks out. I am only able to eat 1 - 1.5 ounces at a time (4 times a day) and I don't do protein drinks (nasty!) so I try to make sure what I eat is mostly protein. Sometimes I will eat peaches or mandarin oranges when I am wanting some fruit. And I drink 3 oz of 100% fruit juice a day watered down. Some of the other things I have eaten are cottage cheese with salsa, tuna fish, cheese and a fat free cracker, chili w/ a dab of sour cream, pintos and cheese, fried egg (w/ pam spray) all mashed up, beef jerky, cashews & string cheese. I have gotten a lot of food ideas from the message board. I am making a bean and chicken crock pot dish tonight. Can't wait to try it. I hope this helps. =) Kim
