I am doing great I had my laproscopic gastric bypass on November 6 , I have lost 25 pounds as of Dec.19, I am doing fine.I wanted to thank everyone who sent me an e-mail it meant a lot to me. It was hard at first I couldnt eat my normal food but it is well worth it I have only been sick a few times.I get full quick.I havent noticed any hair loss ,I am able to eat me I just chew it very well,I need to work on my fluid intake.but you cant drink much at a time.Thankyou all for being there, I wish everyone the good luck I had.Joy Lamar
