Hey Tiffany, I was just thinking the same thing!!!! I'm down 39 lbs as of tonight. I'm eating solids (cheating, i'm ashamed to say) but only soft proteins. I feel great. I'm starting to notice a difference in the way my clothes fit. You're doing great Tiffany!! Isn't it a great feeling to see that scale go down? April

hi ladies. i didnt even discover this part until the other day lol as far as solids, i tried to eat baked chicken...about 30 min later, i had the worst episode of vomiting--at work!! it was just simply awful. i am sticking to cheese and soup for the time being. i have been eating healthy chioce veggie soup and eating a lot of cheese sticks. nothing else tastes good or even feels good in my mouth. i really need some new options. i think next week i am to go to phase 3 of our diet plan. hopefully, i will find something i really like. i know i hate all protein drinks and have a hella time taking my vitamins! but, when i weighed in on 12-4 i had lost 43 pounds. so now i am afraid to eat food! crazy how flip flopped parts of my brain have already become. any of you experienced that food is now truly the enemy because you dont want to slow your weight loss down? markita marie open rny 11-11-03~~minus 43 lbs

wow you ladies sound like your doing great. I being only 2.5 weeks out have come to a plateau already and im miserable over here. I dont know if it's because of my menstrul cycle because thats when the weightloss actually stopped or is it the fact that im not getting in enough protien as I thought i was or the fact that i have tried soups and even tuna yesterday with no problems. Everyone tells me it's normal and all I can do is hope so. Congradulations to you all though you sound like your doing great. ~De 219/200
