Protein! CHk it out...

Hi, all.... I just want to tell you about another Yahoo newsgroup that's out there, in conjunction to ours. It's part of the OSSG (Obesity Surgery Support Groups) network, but their focus is...you got it...PROTEIN! Protein drink recipes, tips, ideas, sources (where to get the product) and general information about protein powders and drinks. They are interested in getting our protein requirements in the most delicious forms possible. But they are also interested in finding sf and low/zero carb items... For example...the topic of one of the latest emails was: New SF French Vanilla Creamer. Available where??? Well, Super-Walmart, of course! That store just amazeds me. Anyhow, just thought I'd share my new discovery! Between our special group here and the added group for protein, how can we go wrong?
