have you gone to fitday.com?
I think it was Ysabella Bradley that was talking about it and the amount of protein, carbs etc that we should have per day. ( i am pretty sure it was her...) anyway, I have been going to fitday.com now for a week and it is a great way to keep track of what I am eating and if I am getting in enough of or too much of each thing.
When I read in the message how much we can have of these things, I wrote it down on a dry erase board above my computer. (that is the same board I used to write what was for dinner..just a cute little thing like in a restaurant...I think the last dinner was on there a month before I erased it) anyway...
Protein- 40-60 grams
carbs- 30-40
fat- 30 or less
water- 64 oz
Your dr may suggest different, or whatever, This is just what I go by and it is fine with me. You can keep track whatever your numbers are, on fit day. IT will tell you how much of everything you have had so far. Like today, I skipped my protein shake and I am now needing 12-32 grams of protein before bed. I wont let this happen tomorow! I can't even begin to figure out how I am going to force feed myself a protein shake tongiht! yuck! I usually do it in the morning FIRST THING! THat way it's done and over with.
