chick filet anyone?
29 lbs in a week! You go girl!!! Wow! It won't be that long before you have some Chik-Fill-A. I started with some some soft real foods right before the two week mark. However, this was what I chose to do. I am not sure this is what my surgeon had planned for me.
Just be patient, it will all work in time!
congrats on the 29 lbs on the 1st week! incredible! dont worry girl chik-fill-a will come soon enough im 4 months post op and eat there often! however, dont rush the solid foods like i did...i feel awful at 4 months post op b/c i see all these people that were my exact weight on the before and after pictures and 8 months post op they lost 100+ lbs and im only at 63 right now...but i still got 4 months left to lost the 37 lbs hopefully i get there...but i feel i slowed down greatly with my weight loss b/c i didnt listen to my doctors diet plan i know its soo soo rough but keep in your mind "being happy with myself is more important than the food" and seriously the 1st time i tried solids about 3 weeks post op it made me sick....b/c i wasnt ready for it...
u keep up the wonderful work and good luck with ur weight loss
HOW FUNNY you ask about chik-fil-a!
My husband and I were visiting Missouri for Thanksgiving holiday. In a mall we visited there was a chik-fil-a!!! He had 2 or 3 samples and was stuffed! (surgery 11/17)
I had the chicken salad sandwich, but ate less than half the bread and no crust...ate half at the mall, ate the other half an hour later. It was sooo good. What I wanted to do was get the grilled chicken and just eat the chicken and throw away the bread. That would have been a better choice than the mayo coated chicken salad. (my surgery was 11/3)
Chik-fil-a was my first real job when I was 16. They closed down about 10 years ago and our mall hasn't been the same since!! : ((
LOVE LOVE LOVE that place!
