Only 4 Days Left Till Surgery

I am starting to get nervous and anxious all at the same time. Everytime I go in front of a mirror I try to picture what I will look like after my full weight loss is achieved. I have to be at the Hospital by 9:30 a.m. on Wed 11/26. I will be so anxious the night before I would assume that I will have trouble sleeping. We had are round table pre-op last meeting with Dr. Custer on Thursday. He is a strong and sincere individual. He was very precise and to the point and answered all questions. I felt more comfortable after this pre-op meeting than I did before. Dr. Custer was very reassuring.

I know exactly what you are going thru. My surgery date is also 11/26/03 and I am nervous too. Don't worry about sleeping too much the night before, you will get plenty of sleep after the surgery. My family has decided to celebrate Thanksgiving today so that I will be able to eat all the good stuff one last time. I will say a prayer for you. Dawn

I completely understand! My surgery will also be on the 26th, and I have been getting very nervous. It hasn't completely been real until these last few days. I'm having trouble sleeping already, but its only a matter of time now.
