I made it

I came home Thursday. Feel pretty good. Really sore, bloated and the gas is horrible. Hospital stay was so-so. I was in the old ICU because the hospital is expanding. Had glass doors and a curtain. The light at night was terrible. No bathroom in my room, just a toliet. First 2 days the nurses were helpful. From then on I had to fend for myself. Hard to do with a 9 in*****ision. But I did. I put my robe on and walked by myself. Gained 3.5 pounds and lost it plus 3 more. I guess it is the swelling. If I could just go "pottie". (Know what I mean) Called the doc yesterday and was told I could use a suppository. Boy, I can't wait. Just glad to be home!!!! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Lorna

Lorna, glad you are home! I am sorry that you are not feeling the best, but I am sure that whole thing will work itself out soon enough. Congrats on being on the "losing side"!! Eileen
