I'm Finally Home.

Hi all, Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their support. Everything went well on Friday with surgery Lap. RNY. more back pain than anything with me, but that's normal from laying on that hard table. Went in pretty calm though I was really suprised. Came home Yesterday sleep alot, still pretty tired maybe cuz' I came home with a head cold,boy if that isn't painful to sneeze. but I get through it and go on. So any way just wanted to update all and thank all of you for your support I don't think that I could have done this without you.Marsha

Congratulations on your surgery Marsha and welcome home!!!! I had a lot of back pain too... You know I read an intersting post yesterday on the main board that mentioned having the nurse roll a towel or blanket up and put it under your knees before the surgery. It's supposed to take the pressure off of your back during the surgery. I wonder if it would have worked for us... Anyway, I'm glad to see you back Congrats again April
