I have been having a heck of a time getting in my water. It hurts going down for some reason. So I have been drinking juice instead. The nurse says I am definitely drinking too fast. I don't get it though, cause I drink juice with no problem! So after thinking about it for a while, I thought maybe since the water is plain I drink a bigger gulp, but since the juice is so sweet, I only need a little sip at a time. hmmmm. point to ponder huh?! Then my surgeon says do anything to get the water in. Drink crystal light, diet gatorade, SF kool aid, whatever, but cut back on the juices. WAY too much sugar! Today I was at rite aid and I found Fruit2O, made by veryfine. It has no calories, fat, carbs, or sugar. It is sweetened with splenda. They come in different flavors. I got 1 strawberry and 1 peach. I found these in the soda/bottled water aisle. (not in the cooler section) They are actually really good. I am drinking them really slow. SIP SIP SIP.... I never thought I'd get that down!! good luck to the rest of you and I hope that I am of some help here in our journey!! Take care, Kristen

I have had the same issue. Drinking more Juice (OJ Mainly) than water. Are these flavored waters carbonated? I would assume not, but never hurt to ask.
