My arthritis has flared up in my knees what do I do ?

Ok, I by no means am a doctor. However, I am back to taking my regular meds, but I have to crush them with a pill crusher, and mix them with no sugar added apple sause (little bit at a time). Is that where you problem is..whether or not you can take meds? Either way, check with your doctor...I don't want to make you sick by giving incorrect advice...I am just a regular "joe schmo".
