Hi Everyone!!! I'm such a bundle of nerves, excitement, whatever. I can't even sleep. I just keep rehearsing everything with the surgery and post op. I have worked on my poor website because I can't sleep and my husband thinks I'm "crazy". Anyone else trying to bide their time with doing little things? I have plenty of big things to do, but I find this more calming. I'm very grateful for this website and all of the very nice people here with their positive reinforcement. Hugs, Debbie

Debbie, I'm definitely not doing any big projects, just little ones that don't require too much brain power. LOL. Wishing you the best. Mary

Hi Debbie, My wife (also named Debbie) and I are very close to surgery as well (hers is next week on the 11th and mine the following week on the 18th). We have been getting everything ready around the house. One of the things we added was a card table and chairs and some board games. If you don't have one to engage in a long game of monopoly or trivial pursuit with, my wife does a lot of cross-stitching these days and says it helps her keep her mind preoccupied. We both wish you the best of luck and will be praying for your speedy recovery. Sincerely, Jackie and Debbie Stuckey
