Hello All you "Losers" Tomorrow is my big day. I think today is going to be a long one so I am going to keep myself very busy with a last minute "to do" list. I'm hoping that staying busy will keep me from obsessing about tomorrow. My surgery is scheduled for 8:40AM. I should be all through by noon or before and on the road to recovery. I am looking forward to a new life as a healther, thinner person. I won't be assesing the size of chairs with arms anymore and I won't be worried about fitting comfortably into an airplane seat. There probably are worse things but squeezing into an office chair on a job interview, while your trying to make a good impression, has to be one of the worst. Thanks, Carolyn S

Carolyn, wishing you the best. This surgery gives us all the opportunity for a new life. It is exciting. Also fun to visualize what we will be able to do without the limitations of our weight!!!!! Mary

Good Morning Carolyn, even though I think its afternoon here, but I know what your saying today will be long, I too am having lap RNY surgery tomorrow morning at 8:00a.m. in Colorado Springs, CO. With Dr. Fisher. I have to be at the hospital tomorrow morning at 6:00 a.m. and I'm freaking out, I'm glad to know that somewhere someplace someone is having one right along with me. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and hopefully someday we can exchange expierences. See you on the otherside, May your surgery go perfect and I wish you a great and wonderful recovery. God Bless.
