less than 24 hours to go
Well, I am packing. We are staying near the hopsital tonight. I need to be at the hospital at 5:30 and surgery is at 7:30. My wonderful Angel, Dayna will be posting updates tomorrow.
I am very nervous. I go through crying periods, then I am fine. It seems like it's not real.
Anyway, I wish everyone who is having surgery this week the best! I will post next weekend with what I went through and all that. Please send prayers this way...I feel like I can use them!

Good luck with your surgery. Im 2 years post op and feeling well. A few pieces of advice. DONT drink any water or anything for at least 24 hours after the surgery... it promotes a leak. I had to have a second surgery because a nurse who wasnt familiar with my surgery told me to drink water, which I welcomed with open arms since I was soooo thirsty, but it blew my intestine off of my new pouch. Not good. The only other thing I can offer to you is to take it slow and DONT FORCE ANY LARGE QUANTITIES FOR THE FIRST 8 MONTHS!!! Unfortunately, I did and slowed my weightloss down a lot. I still have about 40 pounds to lose and it gets harder and harder as time goes by. If you would like to talk, or have any questions, please email me. God bless and good luck!!!
