GETTIN GITTY WITH IT!!

I am so elated that my time has almost come! 5 1/2 days to go! I had all my pre op testing done today and I think it makes itr all the more real! I am getting so gitty ! (as my daughter says) She said gosh momyou act like a kid in the candy store! Then asked me how can you be so gitty about all that you have to go through? I said" WELL HUNNY JUST THINK ABOUT THE AFTER EFFECTS! " Thats what makes me smile! Has or is any one eles getting gitty with it? lol

Can't say I'm gitty ... but I'm excited and happy my day is almost here. There are so many positives to look forward to for all of us. Mary

Hi Deborah: I certainly Know what you mean by "Gettin gitty with it!" We went out to a Chinese buffet last night and while eating I could see the TV behind the bar playing sports. A brilliant idea popped into my head! I'm gonna play hockey with I get smaller! Hubbie's(who can't even skate) mouth dropped. "Why?" he gasped. Well I used to play on a team when I was 13. I want to do it again. Then I went to get up from the table to leave I had to hold on to hubbie and the table to get up because my kness are so painful from the excess weight. Sure! Almost forty and gonna play hockey! Such a gitty thought! But, you never know I'll keep dreaming my dreams.

Get down and get back up again baby!!!! I'm not sure if my giddiness is related to lack of sleep from working nights or xanax induced so that I won't have a panic attack. Whatever...I'm definitely "giddy with it"!! Debbie

I think it's contagious, I'm getting pretty gitty myself!! Love reading all these positive posts it definitely makes me feel good about it all!!
