It's almost here.......

I will be leaving my town next Thursday night with a surgery date of the following Tuesday, November 11th. I just had my 41st birthday in October... it was wonderful, my significant other bought me this gorgeous diamond ring.... He is also my supporter and will be helping me/staying with me after the surgery. I am only having issues with leaving my children with my ex-husband at this point. I am really ready to start my new beginnings with surgery, a new home, a new love a new job and my kids!
