Good News ...

My surgeon required me to be down a total of 46 lbs by today. That was 20 more lbs from my consultation until now as I had already lost 26. I was told that if I did not meet his goal, my surgery would be postponed. Really was stressing about it yesterday, but when I did my official weigh in this morning at the surgeon's office I was right on target. I hit the 46 lbs lost mark. What a relief!!!!! From there went to my pre-op appt (just a review with the nurse as all my testing had already been done thru Kaiser). So I am all set for my surgery on 11/12/03. That is 15 days from today and yes I am counting.
