Nov 5 surgery date

My surgery is scheduled for November 5th. I would like to know how to get an angel. I really need all the emotional support I can get.

Thanks for your post Susan, I know how you feel. I am looking for an angel myself. I find myself spending more and more time on this site as the date gets closer. I can't wait to have it behind me and begin losing the weight that has been hanging on me forever. My best wishes and thoughts go with you and everone who has or will go through this process. hello! My dateis the 6th. I would be your angel but 2 things r stopping me. 1. i go in the day after and 2. Ilive a few too many miles away. I found a wonderful angel here. I had been chatting with her and found out she lived over the hill fromme. So one day I asked her . She was happy that I had. Maybe you would try that? Good luck! I think the best way to get an angel is to go to your states board or to the main message board. There are people there who aren't having the surgery the same month as us, or who have already had the surgery. That will make it easier for them to update everyone on your progress. I think most of the people here are pretty busy with preparing for surgery. I know I am!! Good luck finding an angel, and I'll be praying for your safe journey to the other side! Kristen
